Sanjay Agrawala: CEO

Sanjay co-founded the company in 1990. As the CEO he is responsible for evaluating current and future trends and their impact on the contingent workforce solutions industry. He oversees the identifying of new markets and business improvement opportunities that can position Vector and its services at the forefront of the talent acquisition and information technology industries.

He, currently, also leads Vector's expansion into the Federal and State Sectors by providing strategy around customer acquisition, solution offerings, and building alliances.

Sanjay began his career as a management trainee and then transitioned into software development. He worked for Tata Burroughs and then Unisys, as a software engineer, providing programming and design services.

Sanjay holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi. He also has undertaken courses (Creating a High Performance Organization) at Georgia Tech.

Manbir Khurana: COO

Manbir joined Vector in 1999 as a Sales Manager. Subsequently he served as VP Sales and now is the COO. He is responsible for corporate finance and defining the vision for future service delivery and revenue diversification opportunities, including associated execution strategies. He oversees all aspects of acquisition, fulfilment and delivery operations across our entire client/service ecosystem, including managing and servicing strategic accounts and alliances.

Manbir has nearly thirty years of work experience including 25 years in the Information Technology arena and five years as an entrepreneur.

Prior to joining Vector, Manbir helped establish two business ventures in India. Additionally, he worked with HCL, Pertech Computers Limited and Microland; where he held various responsibilities within the Sales Function, Credit Control, and Order Fulfilment domains.

Manbir is a graduate in Textile Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi, India.
