EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP TEAM

With more than three decades of business management experience, Sanjiv Gambhir heads up operations for Vector in India. As Director, Sanjiv is charged with strategic growth while leading HR (including IT Talent Recruitment), Administration, Finance, Accounting, and Compliance.

Before joining VectorCore India in 2020, Sanjiv served in leadership roles including project engineer, business strategist, operations chief, and entrepreneur. His category experience was earned in numerous India-based companies and industries including pharmaceuticals, IT education and training, business process outsourcing, financial management, and IT solutions.

Sanjiv holds a BTech in Chemical Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration from IIT (Delhi, India), as well as advanced degrees and certifications in International Trade. Additionally, he is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Active in dramatics, photography, and volleyball in his early career, Sanjiv and his wife (a professor with Delhi University) enjoy a busy work and family life with their three children.
